Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

C: Accessing a struct

    Hello,

    I want to access both elements of this struct in C:
        struct sample {
               char   s_addr[ADDR+1];
               double s_time;
        };
        int    ssize = sizeof(struct sample);
        struct sample **sample_array;
        struct sample *sample_ptr;
        int    ptrsize = sizeof(struct sample *);

    I want to print it into a file using something like:
    fprintf(file1, "addr: %s\n", sample_ptr->s_addr);

    fprintf(file1, "addr: %s\n", sample_array[0].s_addr);

    How do I do this?
    TIA.

    You mean you want to print both s_addr and s_time?
    fprintf(file1, "addr: %s - time: %5.2f\n", sample_ptr->s_addr, sample_ptr->s_time);

    Thanks. I think I was accessing it in the wrong place.
    All good now and code debugged and fixed so I can enjoy the weekend.
