Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi my girlfriend is looking to get fit and wants to do some sort of combat thing to do it, also she is avid thats she doesn't want to sign up to anything long term and just wants to try it and is a complete novice

    So do i but the thing with my self is i've a really bad chest and need to go at my own pace, at the same time though i do want to get a bit fit out of it can anyone recommend places ?

    Going to try boxercise, but hope it isn't the boxing equivalent of tag rugby.
