Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Starting to Kayak again

Just getting back into Kayaking after a couple of decades and am doing the basic courses again to get up to speed with the changes and also to connect with like-minded folks. Having some basic training certified is also a requirement for the few social paddling groups in the area and I'd rather have something up to date rather than what I did in the late 80's and early 90's. Jus wondering if there are many others in the same boat, no pun intended. If they had any advice as regards gear or anything else.
The biggest difference so far for me is the vast array of equipment and how much cleaner the water is.
