Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

ON Gold standard whey protein

    I have been taking this protein with about 2 months and it has been going grand (put on 1/2 stone). The only problem is that i am farting like an elephant,, any cures or remmodies please??

    How many grammes of protein are you taking a day? What weight are you? And how much of this is muscle?

    I take 1 20g scoop with each shake twice a day. i am 10 st 6 and 6ft 1. dont know how much is muscle but my body fat percentage is 7%.
