Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

    from the Naas area and wondering can anyone recommend a coach for the titled lifts, most importantly the snatch/ power clean!

    Am aware Niall and Dominic Munnelly are over the road and have a seriously cool set up but they are full and theyve no places currently! Will be hoping to get in there soon though!

    If you don't mind travelling to Blackrock there's East Coast Barbell (part of Ironside gym). Wayne Healy is the coach there and is top class.
