Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

I am looking to supplements. Can anyone tell me about these supplements Oxy Elite Pro or the PhD Nutrition Diet Whey or PhD Nutrition Lean Degree 120 Caps.

Can the Oxy Elite Pro be got here in Ireland, if so can anyone give a site or store that stock these supplements.

As for the PhD Nutrition Diet Whey and the lean degree caps. I am looking to get my bodyfat down from 26% to under the 20%. Can anyone give advice here as which is better.

    Cheers

If you body fat is 26% then you don't need fat loss supplements, or diet whey, you simply need to sort out your diet and be a bit more active.
