Getting a new mortgage application processed and have the options: Variable - 2.95% Fixed 3 yrs - 2.6% Fixed 5 yrs - 2.65% Fixed 7 yrs - 3.4% Would you consider these competitive compared to what you are all seeing at moment? Thank you
