Transport manager cpc national and international

Did any of you on here do a the transport managers cpc and where? how difficult was it and did you do the at home study or the sit in one?
where did you get the material for it so i could get a look through it and any advice welcome. Also bit of a long shot but does anyone know can you get the study material in asudio book form?

Compared to the UK it's piss easy. You only do 1 exam and it gives you both national & intl license. You can't pick up the material that easy but when you sign up to do the course they will give you the handbook for it. Plenty of trainers giving the course around the country.

I was thinking about doing it i the uk northern ireland even is ireland easier to get it i assum and b better do it in the south

Irish course and exam be easier. The guys giving the course I did ran a course in Cavan aswell and got lads from the North attending coz was easier. The exams are the basics of what most drivers would know. Tacho regs and hours, health and safety and then a bit of finance and other stuff. The uk exmas want you working out detailed costings of a trip and other stuff

Yes, as Neris says if you have a background in the haulage industry or are a driver you are half way there. Better do cource with one of the approved providers, who will arrange your application to CILT for exams. Two exams in morning and afternoon.
