Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Monopoly (Classic) €11.99 in Argos

21-11-2013 2:09am#1Been meaning to buy Monopoly for a while now but it's weird how the Classic version is quite hard to get; the Empire version seems to be the must-have board game right now.
But I found the Classic one, in Argos, for only €11.99.
It's normally €19.99, so that's a good saving.
Just thought I'd let you know incase someone is looking for it, especially in the run-up to Christmas.

Just buy your family a few swords to fight with instead, less chance of them killing each other0 -

Looks good..I was talking to a cashier in Argos and she was telling me the Empire version was selling like hot cakes.
I like all these new versions but I figured I'd get the Classic because we're all familiar with it, know how it works and would avoid Christmas evening squabbles if someone doesn't like the new fangled one! 0 -

I played this with my 9 and 12 year olds and was great... they loved it.. if any of the questions were too difficult we picked another one but the game is not "adult" in that sense.. Is suitable but for older children... Enjoy!0 -
