Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You would have to wonder what is the point in having the fight with the guy who has 137 losses on his record on the live TV schedule. Surely they should have put the Collins Jr fight on the live card instead? Did he win actually, I can't see it anywhere?

This is so painful, and so pointless.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,022 ✭✭✭anthonyjmaher

When he confronted Chisora about fighting Joyce at ringside after a Chisora fight I remember him making a tit of himself with Joyce in toe.

I'm a big fan of Haye, but yeah that was very embarrassing.

Strange that a guy has 137 losses but really looks like he knows what he's doing in there.

Mayweather actually fought a lad in his last fight not as good as Warburton...

Interesting that there's not MTK branding on the ring. I also noticed Paddy Barnes had no MTK sign on his ring attire.

Just goes to show if you have a big enough mouth anything is possible.

He's a journeyman, paid to bring novice pros along, and he strikes me as excellent at his job

f**king hell, Deontay interviewed by the only man in the world who is actually taller than him.

Wilder sounds the worse for wear.

I'm not sure but it might have something to do with the fact that every five seconds he shouts:

    BOMBSQUAD

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,681 ✭✭✭Try_harder

Can't say fairer that that (boss)

No wonder, looks like he wouldn't hurt a fly.
Hope he gets out of the game unscathed.

I noticed that on his boxrec page. He has five scheduled fights already! so if you think about it, he couldn't actually afford to win tonight with his schedule.

Bellew fourth best British Heavyweight having never fought a fit Heavyweight?

He win and he wouldn't be in demand! Its his longevity without a threat of a win that promoters like

Don’t think ever seen a card where the headline fighter is so not the headline..

I wonder how much Warren paid Wilder to come over? He knows how to do Hype and generate column inches too

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,022 ✭✭✭anthonyjmaher

Billy Joe Saunders was checking coming in to the building to make sure that he didn't have a snack box weapon in his jacket.

Been a terrible night so far, especially compared to the last Eddie Hearn card which was the best night's boxing I think I've ever seen. Frank Warren needs to big fights here to save the night.

Can't see it get any better, its all about bigging up Fury v Wilder

Pianeta looked a bum when he fought Wlad a good few years ago. I do expect this to go at least 4 rounds though.

STFU, Haye. The fight is 20 seconds old..

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,681 ✭✭✭Try_harder

David Haye is an ignoramus - comparing Fury to Ali and then referring to him by his slave name

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,663 ✭✭✭✭walshb

    Fury looks like a lump..

    Bellew would beat him...

Going off what I have seen so far he has next to no chance against the other two..

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 610 ✭✭✭Sprinter Sacre

Fury is miles away from what he was. Looking very slow, sluggish and not calculated. It might help if he took it a bit serious.

I would have assumed he'd be a little faster and less sluggish considering he's shed a tonne of the blubber.

Any chance of a fight breaking out somewhere to liven this up?

Fury is like a j4 prop lumbering from ruck to ruck, clearly not interested in doing anything of note.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

    Very boring.

Because Fury is fighting safe? You're having a laugh.

The commentators are explaining why he is "breaking his opponents down slowly".
