Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would a hybrid bike not be more suitable, straight bars and narrower tyres than a mountain bike!
    Something like a Giant Rapid?

Yeh, possibly, thinking of a bit of off road too though - open to any offers though

Looking to swap / trade my road bike for a mountain bike - just a bit too old to get on with drop bars these days and just prefer a mountain bike lol

The road bike is a Cube Axial WLS Pro Disc, great condition with just a couple of small marks.

Just been serviced and had a new chain and tyres fitted, full spec is here:

Looking for a mountain bike, no bigger than a 16" frame, happy with a bit of cash either way depending on what you have

The bike has a 50cm frame, and around a €400-450 price tag.

    Quick bump,

Happy to sell if no swaps are available, this bike is immaculate apart from a couple of small paint chips, with new tyres and chain, I also have the old road tyres too that have plenty of life left in them.

Cheapest new bike price was £800 (€880) and looking to trade still, or for €400 ono

I might be interested in swapping you for a Cannondale F29.

    It's a small, about a 15.5" frame.

Bought in 2014. Running perfectly. Some scratches on frame.

90mm travel on a lefty fork with tubeless wheels.

It has been upgraded to 1x11 with shimano slx and xt brakes.

It has carbon bars and a leonardi stem.

It has new WTB nano tyres and a new bottom bracket.

I cant seem to get a picture uploaded but it looks like this one:

Is this bike gone? If not, I'm interested in an outright purchase. Thanks

I'm interested in either a swap for a Trek 7.1 or a purchase.
What height is the size suitable for?
    Thanks.

Is the trek 7.1 a hybrid? Height wise I’m 5’4”, so this would fit around the 5’2 to 5’6 I’d guess.

Yes it's a Hybrid. can send photos tomorrow. Just fully serviced with new gearset and brakes. I'm 5 ft 1inch and saddle at lowest so should be fine for you.

Thanks for the offer but not interested in a hybrid unfortunately - will do a decent price on the Cube though, I’m not long In the leg so it’ll fit you fine

I’d like 400 or close to ideally, but would do it for 375 cash if we can sort it in the next day or so.

I'm in Dublin can we meet so I can try it? Could possibly do Thursday? Couldn't stretch beyond 350 but if its right size wise can take on Thursday for cash.
