    Okay. Today my "Saturday Cocktail" was:
    - 1 bottle white wine
    - 1 cup peach schnapps
    - 1.5 cup pineapple juice
    - Frozen peaches (to use as ice cubes)

    Sorry I didn’t make it this week. Had an impromptu socially distant BBQ with a few of the neighbours.

    Sully, I’ll be trying that cocktail out once I buy peach snaps. I have tinned peaches, can I chop them up and freeze?

    We're actually doing that with the parents today. Have the garden set up with an assortment of tables and chairs for a social distancing BBQ bonanza!
