There is a site on the Tour de Humbert trail where General George Blake was hung along with Gunner Magee, it's in a field on the trail and there is a signpost leading in to it but the site in unaccessable, the small lane leading into the field is completely covered and overgrown with bramble and plants.
There was a tree in the field which was decorated with paper and string for some reason.

I was there when I was younger but when I went up two weeks ago to see it again I was devestated to see it the way it is now.

The information sign is also worn and you can barely read the information on it, I was just able to make out the words "general blake".

So anyway, is there anyone I can contact about this? Will anything be done?
Or could I go in and fix it up myself with permission from the landowner?
