I'm interested specifically towards apartments if possible.

Basically looking to understand if an average 2 bed home was sold for 100k (just a round figure in 2010), what would be the approximate selling price now?

As well in their statbank table, they separate Apartments and Houses:

In overall Dublin Apartments currently are around 25% lower than beginning of 2008, but around 25% higher than beginning 2010.
