Hi guys, *please help* Has anyone gone through the mature entry route and gotten a place in medicine in Ireland? I've a neuroscience degree (2.2), got 510 in my leaving cert and I'm going to sit the hpat this year so I'm wondering how well will I be expected to do in the hpat in order to be successful? I had done Chemistry, but I know of two people who sat Chemistry in the year. One is a mature student in Trinity and one in RCSI. IIRC one was offered their place conditionally requiring a certain grade in the LC which they met.

One did by correspondence, and one through the Institute in Leeson St. as far as I know.
