Yes you can. I bought boots online and they didn't fit right and I could return them no problem in store and they weren't even in stock in ROI stores. Excellent customer service to be fair.

Just watch sale items, I got caught with only seven days to return sales items according to the store. It didn't say it online and shop refused refund. Eventually got my refund!!
