The bonus is that your membership covers you for a few other Dublin City Council leisure facilities such as the gym and pool in Ballymun and Marcievz in Townsend St, D2. Normally if one gym is running a promotion they all are but I can only see details under Finglas on their site so far. In any case you can just use the open day and cheap membership in Finglas and then attend their gym and pool in the city centre as the membership covers you there too.

€210 for almost a year for a gym with a swimming pool, steam room, sauna is pretty decent all up, it works out at €4.37 a week, you'd do well to find cheaper in Dublin IMO.
