Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Most likely won't need planning if there is no change of use, extensions or changes to the fascade but it would be wise to comply with the building regulations as far as is practicable .
At least an opinion of compliance would be required when and if u decide to sell in the future

Bang away, that kind of work is encouraged.

Check first to see if you're entitled to any grants.

Fair play to ya, and best of luck.

Is the cottage currently lived in or is it derelict?
    Is the currently electricity?
Is it on any preservation list?
Is there a working septic tank/mains waste system?
