Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    3rd world countries were non NATO or USSR. We were a 3rd world country. African countries are poor because of corruption not because of their military alliance in the 70s and 80s.

    Never going to happen, people in that part of the world are too self centered.

    It's high time that we stopped sending Foreign Aid to Africa. It is a waste of money in that it is making them dependent on Western aid to survive. It is not doing them good in the long run, and they will continue to govern their societies sloppily until they are made to earn their keep, and not to mention make some effort at population control.

    Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.

    The ones that had Irish missionaries. Ethiopia is one & I loved the fact that we got to return the favour. Money was sent from lots of places you might not expect ranging from England to native American tribes.
