Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I need to contact them regarding a complaint that is not being solved at store level.
    I messaged them on their website chat without getting a reply.
    Is there a phone number or email adress anybody has to hand?

    I had a nightmare time with them earlier in the year. Couldn't find a number that was any use. I kept having to start new chats.

    Try a direct message on Twitter, I contacted them last year with a
    DM and they responded back within the hour after having no joy with instore customer services.

    I had a problem with a big Irish supermarket. "Not really something we get involved in, more a matter for the store."


    Was sorted in a day when I left a comment on their facebook page.
