"Dowth" ptp (and country fair) launch

Came across a few reports of the launch of the Dowth point-to-point and Country Fair (otherwise known as the Meath &Tara point-to-point).

Must say the profile being promoted is a little different, not least having the champion female ptp rider, Aileen O'Sullivan, in a very pretty pink dress, paired with wellies and standing on a round bale.

Not quite sure what to make of it, so would be interested to hear what people here think? And do ptps come up on your radar much, and do you go to any?

Fixture list on p2p only shows to June 2016. Where can I find the full 2016 list?

I noticed that and thought it interesting. The Turf Club has the fixtures and races listed on their site (though for me each fixture comes up a number of times):

Just an update on this: the fixture list on p2p.ie has now been updated and this season's fixtures are now available.
