    Sorry for the gobsh!te question lads, still fairly new to this game...can someone please enlighten me as what these betting terms mean? Something like betting WO the fav?

    Yeah pretty much.

    They might take the top 2/3 horses in the betting and have the rest of the field against them in a match bet.
