Hello all,

I am running a game of sheep that is going to be football themed.

The idea will be to pick any football player you like for each of the positions listed below; you will then get points based on how popular your answer is amongst the people who are playing.

You can use google to choose your answers.

Note, you can only choose 3 players who played for the same club (the way this will be judged is if a player spent 5+ years with a club OR currently play for the club, they count towards your quota of 3 per club.

UPDATE: If a player has 5+ years for more than one club, you cannot list him for club A and then list 3 different players for club B. I.e. if Derek Swan has 5+ years for both Bohs and Shels, you cant list him as a Shels player and then list 3 other Bohs players. In this instance, Derek would count towards your allocation for BOTH Bohs and Shels.

Right Back:

Box to Box midfielder:
Defensive midfielder:
Playmaker:

Left Sided Forward / Winger:
Centre Forward / False 9 / #10:
Right Sided Forward / Winger:

No restrictions apart from the clubs?
Past or present? Dead or alive? World class or Luke Shaw?

Be interesting to see where people locate certain players

For instance some of the current greatest players could play across any of the attacking positions!

I really like this set up, could be a few small sheeps and plenty of aces.. going to be really hard to actually win this one.. it would be like the Arsenal defence.. Wide open

11 answers. The 4-3-3 is just to say i picked the positions based on that formation.

No restrictions apart from clubs and trying to find what you think will be a popular answer.

No wrong answers. But if you pick Necro to play centre forward and someone else picks him to play right wing, you dont get points for that. You only get points for Necro if he is picked by mutliple people for the same position.

Does your position of player matter for points of said player.
I mean if player A can play across the front 3 and I put him at LW and everyone else puts him at ST do I ace or sheep?
