    Hey all,

    I would like to invite you all to join our free yoga sessions starting in September! We are Mind Yourself - a health and well-being charity for Irish migrants.

    The yoga sessions will be every Monday @ 6.30pm starting Monday 2nd September at our headquarters in Angel.
