    Hey, Im new enough to yoga. Ive done a few classes in bray but i moved to town. Found this place

    Anyone been before? Paid for 10 weeks.... Im a novice but fit, healthy and flexible. I jog and got to the gym 4 days a week.

    Any suggestions or advice is more than welcome
