Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Actuary vs. Financial Analyst

Currently a mature student in final year of a Financial Maths degree looking at careers. I'll have just turned 27 when I finish the end of May.

Obviously Actuary has all those exams but I've heard the work/life balance for a (qualified) Actuary is better than for a Financial Analyst.

Anybody here who could give some feedback on either of these roles?

**Apologies for posting this again but didn't get much feedback in another forum.**
