Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

However, I am switching back to Thesuaurus for this week's payroll however it is showing up on Thesaurus that last weeks payroll file needs to be submitted. How can I fix…

Hey folks

I usually prepare payroll on Thesaurus but for one reason or another I had to input the details manually on Ros for last weeks payroll run.

However, I am switching back to Thesuaurus for this week's payroll however it is showing up on Thesaurus that last weeks payroll file needs to be submitted. How can I fix this?

You should contact the support team. I know on our system you can mark an indicator to get past it temporarily and then turn it off once you are onto the next period.
