Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

With that 'dry' look I would have thought hairspray.

Possibly mud, clay or styling wax?

My barber does a lot of that style and he uses a styling powder to give that dry look rather than a wax or hairspray. I can find out the name of it if you like

Looks like they use a powder like Got2b Powderful Styling.

All though the top one looks like it has some hairspray in it as well. It's possible you won't be able to get that look from hair product alone though, it looks like it was cut to be very textured on top.

Fpr dry look you could get gel. Mix it into to damp hair, then get a hair dryer and dry it while styling it with a brush. Maybe even finish it off with hair spray.
I use the gel and dryer all the time.

American Crew Fiber or something like it would be my suggestion.
