Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

TV blank screen query

Been offered a crt TV with a "black screen" but the channel number is still showing on screen. Owner has said that it was working so I doubt it's a tuning issue. Am I correct in thinking that the input connection is likely gone dodgy as opposed to the tv/being gone. Is my thought too simple on this?

What's he connecting to it?

Best bet to test it is use a scart cable with something you know works and switch to the AV on the TV.

If it's not working then weigh up how much the TV costs. Like I had a Sony 30 inch CRT bust on my a while ago. I looked at repairing it but instead I check my Facebook buy and sell and got an exact same one again for €20.
