Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Rules
    - No more than 3 Nominations per person, please.
    - This is for any game released in 2019 (on any platform, digital or boxed)
    - Must apply to a game that was released on or after January 1st 2019 (search for the game on http://www.gamefaqs.com and look at the "Release Data" menu item for a release date). Also see here for a list of games that were released in 2019.
    - Top 6-8 will go forward for the Vote (exact number dependent on number of nominations received).
    - This is the second group of nominees. Final group next week.

    Gears 5 - not a bad game and the shooting’s still good, but think they’ve smoothed down the edges so much to the point where it feels like the prototypical AAA blockbuster game. Also wayyyyy too long.

    Bloodstained - another decent game that’s just a few ideas shy of being really good.

    Gears 5 - it was grand, but I expected more from the campaign considering the buzz around its open world (which was essentially empty meaningless, only padding out the time between actual missions).

    Anthem

    The Division 2 - the campaign was strong and the setting great, but they still went and dropped the ball again by making the endgame boring. a real shame considering how well featured Division 1 ended up.
