Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was going to buy a similar box of lego which appeared great but reviews said there was feck all lego in it. It had far more reviews than that duplo set but on amazon one guy says
Find this to be expensive for all there is in the tub, but this stuff is never cheap at the best of time
    They still gave 4 stars.

So sounds like it could be the same. However the box is useful for storing any other lego sets in, but people said kids were disappointed to get a massive box and the lego barely covered the bottom.

Big drop from RRP so could be still good.

eek! Best thing to do then is look at it in store before purchasing...thats what I'll do then. Hope to get to pick it up tonight so will report back :)

Yes - Lego is expensive, but 9/10 people on Amazon gave this box 5/5 stars (one gave it 4/5). I picked up a box today for my son, so will see how we get on with it later.

Yep, in argos you can just go up with the item number and ask to have a look at the item, then I think you can decide to pay at the returns desk without having to queue again. There is always the 30 day return thing, but no way you can take them back off the kid!

The box I was looking at still got 4.5/5 stars on argos reviews and some do say good value

There is some other cheapo bricks with work with lego ones, I think lego's patent ran out or something -however people say they do not stick together as well as lego.
