    Is there anywhere I can get a nice pair of slouchy mom jeans that won't break the bank?

    Try Weekday. You will have to go online but their jeans is around 50 euro and good quality.

    Penney's have some, they seem good quality. I haven't tried them on so not sure how they fit, but price wise you can't go wrong!
