Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

AFAIK the £5 membership fee was annual, not monthly as I downgraded on it just now before the opportunity to do so was gone on the 28th Dec. I clicked into the my dashboard section of the site and 'Estimate Payable' it says 55p will be paid in 6 weeks with 'Status' as Confirmed and for the £15 it says n/a and status as pending.

My £15 has reverted to pending after being confirmed for a while too.

Same here. I've not opened my Echo Dot yet. If this deal falls through then I'll send it back.

So, I've sent an email requesting clarification about this. Customer service turnaround is about 48 hours according to the website.

    I'll post the outcome here

    Hello there,

    I hope you're well.

I can see this is now tracking correctly.

New member deals should go payable 30 days after the purchase date.

If you have any questions then do get back in contact.

    Kind regards,
    Paige

I've asked for further clarification of "tracking correctly", as the money is still pending

You can disable that any time, I've already done it.

As did I but I suspect they're relying on people not doing that and conveniently credit is there to take.

Ah, apologies, I thought you were suggesting that a premium account was required.

Yes, one would wonder alright. Though I think it's only £5?

No bother. It's only a fiver but it could conveniently catch a lot of people from the mirror offer

The £15 has moved back from Pending to Confirmed on mine. And so the dance continues.

Anyone had their cashback yet? 29 days since I ordered. Wonder if you lose out if you downgrade the account?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,688 ✭✭✭This is it

Mine is still sitting at confirmed.

  • Registered Users Posts: 207 ✭✭dinky earnshaw

Received an email yesterday saying the money was now payable. Swapped it for an Amazon gift card.

Mine too. Ordered on Black Friday and haven’t opened the Echo dot yet! (I had one already).

I can’t open the Alexa app on my iPhone since the latest round of updates 2 weeks ago by Amazon. Their tech support keep telling me to check back in 12-24 hours....

On the dashboard mine is showing-
    Pending 0.00
    Confirmed 15.55
    Payable 0.00

    Its all very confusing !

That's the same for me, you can withdraw once it's "Payable".

Yeah hopefully it becomes Payable in the next few days. I read the Payout page and at least there are stacks of companies you can spend it with.

I've already posted emails from the company explaining this, doesn't seem to make much difference

Back to Pending again here too - half of my earnings became Payable yesterday, so I opted to leave it until it all became payable. Not even at the Confirmed stage now.

I imagine the safest thing to do is grab a voucher as soon as it shows to be payable. Not particularly keen on the way they do things - seems like they're hoping you'll give up and forget about your earnings.

Received Amazon gift card and loaded it onto my amazon account.

The saga continues. I reverted back to pending, so I emailed and asked for clarification. I received a response apologising that the payment didn't track properly, but that they had manually set it to payable for me.

I've added my PayPal account to payout to, and now I've to wait 72 hours before I can do that, as it's a newly added account

I added my Revolut UK account details to be ready. Mine also went to payable and then back to confirmed last week.

Logged a ticket that first of all got a generic response and then a follow up one that took 5 days to reply. Was told amount will become payable on 20th January. I’d say they’re hoping people just give up and forget.

It certainly feels that way ! I know I would have likely forgotten about it over Christmas except for having this thread reminding me

They're obviously a joke of a setup and I certainly won't be using any of their links or their website again. They're clearly a shady outfit.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,050 ✭✭✭cletus

Just to balance the last post, my money was payable 72 hours after setting up PayPal, my money way transferred. 24 hours after that it was showing up on PayPal. I currently have an extra £15.55 in the account.

It was certainly a rollercoaster, but worked out in the end. I wonder did they get hit much harder than they expected on this deal

If I'd only used them for this deal I'd be in total agreement but have used them twice since and it's worked perfectly.

I'm still getting confirmation on mine.

Weird... I can't set up a payment method as the page says "You don't currently have any payable cashback to payout from your TopCashback account."
My cash is confirmed but not payable
