Servicing an old Colant

My father-in-law dropped this over to me during the week. Said he'd give me a look at it before it went in the bin. I'm thinking about maybe getting it serviced for him as a surprise. It's worth very little but he was saying it brought back some good memories for him. It wasn't running but after I had popped the case back…

It wasn't running but after I had popped the case back off-and-on for a look inside, low and behold it was running away just fine.

So ... any recommendations about who/where to start with a service/polish?

I'm quite aware the the service will probably cost multiple times the value of the watch, but I think it'd be nice to see it back on his wrist again.
