Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In part 6 do we claim for children who are living with us? Both myself and my husband are working so I’m guessing are over the wage limits etc....

Also filling this out now. Definitely not bothering filling in my husbands or kids details.
I went to the trouble of getting my GP to fill out the form only to see that is for self employed people. This is what I’ve done previously but now it looks like I need a letter from gp/consultant. Not sure if this is a new thing or if I’ve filled it out wrong twice before!

You can just use the printout you get with a scan as well if the due date is on it. That’s what I used for my two.

I printed the MB2 3 page form for my Employer to sign and got a one liner from my GP on headed paper to confirm my due date, GP surgery emailed it to me.
I submitted it online through mywelfare.ie and uploaded the form and i had confirmation back within 2 mins that my maternity leave was granted and confirmation of the dates and the amount.

I didn't fill out the full 16 page application, do i need to complete that aswel?

No you don't, your online application and confirmation replace the paper form.
