Whats going on with Permanent TSB online?

    Just wondering if I am alone here in have *significant* issues with PTSB online.

    Setting up new payees isn't working, logging on mostly fails, payments fail.

    In general, it's been a shocking shambles for nearly a month.

    Is this covid related awfulness, or
    is there something else at play, or
    is it just my laptop/Phone/Tablet, etc ?

    Yes, issues are happening for over a month. Sometimes it logs you out and says invalid password and we have to reset the password. Very slow too, their IT department must be struggling in this covid situation.

    Same here. Intermittent login failures for about a month but seemingly fixed a couple of weeks back., iPhone app wouldn’t open properly last week, delete and reinstall sorted it. Set up accounts on Revolut app with open banking, failed refreshes after a day or two, again deleted but can’t re-add them - looks like their API is non-responsive.

    Not a great look....
