Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    N2 Ashbourne to Kilmoon Cross: Route options published in Q1
    N2 Slane bypass: Route was selected in Q2
    N3 Clonee to M50: Tender issued for construction of upgraded Snugborough Interchange in January.
    N3 Virginia bypass: Route options were published in Q1
    N4 Mullingar to Longford (Roosky): Public consultation on constraints in Q1. Traffic modelling underway.
    N4 Carrick-on-Shannon to Dromod: Arup appointed as consultants for Phases 1-4i n Q1
    N5 Ballaghaderreen to Scramoge: Project went to tender in Q1 with a 2021 start envisaged.
    N5 Westport to Turlough: Scheme began construction in Q1. Includes a relief road of Westport to the north on the N59 and the remainder of the N59 Westport-Mulranny project between Westport and Newport at Barleyhill.
    M6 Galway City Ring Road: Oral Hearing commenced in Q1 but was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic. Resumption of oral hearing is pending. Project celebrates 2 years with An Bord Pleanala in October.
    N8/N25/N40 Dunkettle Interchange: Contract to be awarded later in the year (September). Advance works and minor elements of the scheme already under construction (including N8-M8 link).
    M11/N11 upgrade: Phase 1 (southbound at Kilmacanogue) started construction in Q1. Options selection ongoing for the main upgrade.
    N13/N56 Letterkenny Relief Road + Dual Carriageway Upgrade: Preferred route published in January with advance works now underway
    N13/N15 Ballybofey/Stranorlar bypass: Preferred route published in January with advance works now underway
    N14 Letterkenny to Lifford: Preferred route published in January with advance works now underway
    M20 Cork-Limerick: A busy few months in the news for this scheme, but the main progress in the first half of 20200 was confirmation that the new road will be routed via the existing N20 corridor. Options selection along this route will now take place with a route expected to be chosen in early 2021 (public consultation later in 2020)
    M21 Limerick-Rathkeale/Foynes: Submissions to An Bord Pleanala closed in Q1. Date of oral hearing is pending.
    N22 Killarney to Farranfore: Consultants appointed in February for Phases 1-4
    N22 Macroom to Ballyvourney: Construction began in Q1 on this 22km project which is expected to take 40 months. Jons/JCL JV appointed.
    N25 Carrigtwohill to Midleton: Announced in May that route options will be published in Q4 2020. Constraints study in progress.
    N25 Waterford to Glenmore: Route options were published in Q2
    N25 New Ross bypass: This scheme opened to traffic in January
    M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy: This scheme continues to sit in the courts like a **** that won't flush. There's a hearing provisionally set for September. However, Cork County Council have commenced advance works on the scheme with tenders out for archaelogical and topographical investigations.
    N52 Ardee bypass: Public consultation on options for revised scheme in Q1
    N52 Tullamore-Kilbeggan: Scheme went to first public consultation in Q2 on constraints along the route.
    N56 Dungloe to Glenties:
    Phase 4 (Dungloe to Cloghbolie): Construction on this 7.1km section began in Q2 by BAM at a cost of €19.2m
    Phase 5 (Letterilly to Glenties): This 4.1km section with 2.1km offline went to tender in March.
    N59 Moycullen bypass: Tender went out in June.
    N59 Westport-Mulranny: Next phase west of Newport (Newport-Derrada) continues advance works. All works east of Newport either under construction or complete.
    N67 Ennistimon Inner Relief Road: CPO was published in Q2 2020.
    N72 Mallow Northern Relief Road: Constraints study and traffic modelling underway.
    N78 Athy Southern Distributor Road: Tender for construction issued in March
    N86 Tralee to Dingle: Advance works continue on next 7km of improvements (Ballynasare-Annascaul and Ballygarret-Doonore North). Construction to commence in 2021.
