    Slept in this morning so in a much later wave. Few hours to kill. Any tips for the course? First time doing it.

    Finished thankfully. Tough day.

    Assumed it was an out and back which was my first mistake :)

    After about 12km it dawned on me it wasn't. Felt slightly worse than horrendous after this. Some very sharp hills too and my gear changes were brutal.
    Very fast return into the town.

    An exhibition in organisation by Trilogy Triathlon club.
