Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

A group of us are considering heading down to Cork for Pride during the August weekend. I've tried googling to get the exact dates of parade day but all results seem to show dates for 2018 or previous years. Does anyone know the date this year that the parade will be on? Thanks!

It’s usually the Sunday of the bank holiday so I assume it’s the same this year.

Hopefully they have exercised a little quality control over their corporate sponsors this year

Hope it goes well on Sunday

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Fingers crossed - weather stunning today but not looking great for the weekend.

Looking forward to seeing how somewhere outside Dublin does Pride - will report back next week!

And the parade will be on the Sunday.

Ya hopefully there’ll be more sunshine than showers! Was only thinking today I’m not sure is it a great weekend to have it on anymore? There’s a lot of other things happening around the area that might distract from it! You’ve got Indie in Mitchelstown and All Together Now in Waterford. They’d surely take some people out of the city that would have went to Pride. There’s always still a great crowd though I suppose.
