Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I need to replace a faulty smoke alarm (EI 151TL model, now obsolete) with an up to date version the EI 3016. This is a mains type of linked to the alarm system in my apartment complex. The problem is I need a new type of connector fitted to the wiring in the ceiling of my flat which is compatible with the new alarm. Should I contact an electrician or an alarm specialist for the job?

    Electrician would probably be best.
It should be a very simple job.
