Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sony CD Player or Harman Kardon DVD Player - Which to Keep?

    Hey Folks,

    I currently use a Yamaha A-S501 amp which is fed by the Yamaha CD-NT670D network streamer. I have a Harman Kardon DVD22 and a Sony CDP-XE270 lying around. I'll move on one of the two but would like to keep the sonically superior of the two. Any idea's on which one you think is likely to be the better sounding unit?

    I have a Teac UD-H01 DAC which I may use at some point down the line- just to complicate things further.


    Aesthetically the amp is silver, the HK unit is silver/black and the Sony CD player is silver (I have the matching MD deck).
