Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dell XPS 13 - Modern Sleep

Bought a Dell XPS 13 weekend before last in Currys/PC World. Its a lovely laptop but ive had issues with battery draining when its supposed to be sleeping. Closed the lid today and put it in my rucksack. Took it out two hours later and it was roasting, fans roaring and battery nearly dead. This also happens when "sleeping" overnight.

Doing a bit of research online it appears this a Dell problem with "Modern Sleep" where the system keeps running while asleep. After spending nearly 2k on this im totally dissatisfied with this. Would this be grounds for a return to exchange? I know some of these shops make it as difficult as possible to return stuff.
