    I've now been told (via twitter) on 9 (nine) separate occasions since Aug that my voucher (was due to travel in June) has been processed and/or escalated and an email will be with me in 12-15 days. Cannot get to talk to anyone direct. Will consider going legal if not resolved by Christmas.

    Got a response on Twitter about being escalated further but nothing since.
