Teaching in UAE/Dubai and Covid-19.

    Hi!
    I’m not a teacher but unsure of the situation. A friend of mine was planning on going Dubai/UAE in September this year.
    I know they’ve taken there year out according to the school website.
    We were planning on getting them a few gifts, cake, etc before they left.
    However we’re unsure if it’s going ahead now and they don’t like talking about things.
    I do know they still want to do it and I believe they had something secured earlier in the year but there not the best at talking about things.

    Does anybody here know the situation in general?
