Why are the grab rails not suitable for mounting within a shower enclosure?

Hi Johnboy1951

If you are referring on standard grab rails or ABS grab rails, these would become slippy in a wet environment. However we do have a range of grab rails (Prisma Range) made exclusively of non-corrosive metal (aluminium and stainless steel) and white moulded nylon, which are suitable for mounting within a shower enclosure.

If you would like more information about our products, please let us know.

Regards,

Cristian

What am I missing?
This seems contradictory ......

If the rail is designed to provide a sure grip with soapy hands that surely implies it is designed to do so when wet ....... soapy hands are wet.

Hence my confusion.
