I'm presuming your flights were cancelled or via Italy or something? I've a heap of flights booked around these playoffs with four different irlines including one of those and haven't heard a word from them and hadn't expected to as they're still flying.

They haven't offered refunds but on the apps for each airline there's a message saying that I can change the bookings free.

I was flying over via dusseldorf with aer lingus and eurowings and back via Amsterdam with klm. None of these flights have been cancelled yet.

If the German, Austria or Dutch governments decide to curtail flights I'm hoping to get a refund, if not I'll wait until Tuesday 24th and see what dates might suit for the friendlies in May but at the moment I can't see them going ahead either.

I'm just glad I didn't book with Ryanair this time. I think it's only the 2nd away game I've been at (went to Moldova on the direct flights) where I didn't use Ryanair on one of the legs. I can't see them bending over backwards to help out passengers who aren't travelling.

I still don’t get why the airlines are doing it as they’re under no obligation to other than as a gesture of goodwill. I’d imagine they’ll be under huge financial pressure with this virus over next few weeks or months.

Haven’t looked into it yet so I’m still doubtful.

Tapfit (or anyone else), have you actually changed flights? I know Aer Lingus got rid of their handling fee for changing flights last week but that’s for new bookings.

I didn't change anything yet because I was waiting to see if any of the governments closed airports or restricted flights so that I might get a refund.

If that doesn't look like it's going to happen I'll try and rebook them to suit one of the games later in the year, probably Bulgaria if I can. The way things are going that could be off too.

Talk of Slovakia closing airports.
https://twitter.com/LukasOndercanin/...84689371504640

Will this mean Ryanair will have to give refunds to fans?

Ryanair and aer lingus allowing re-booking on the same route with no extra fees for any flights booked up until the end of March.

Slovakia closed so flights in and out of bratislava should be refunded

The people who have gotten the refund from Ticketmaster, did you receive an email ?

I've received nothing and when I log into TM account it says the money is due for the ticket.Ive the invoice from weeks ago saying I'd paid for it.

Haven’t had an email from them since they asked for the names to go on the tickets. Just saw the money was refunded last night.

I didn’t bother applying for any tickets but just wondering are they refunding everybody or is there an option to hold on to them for 2021?

EDIT: As soon as I posted that I realised it was a stupid question. Presumably there’d be no refund portal if they were just refunding everybody.

Got the refund from Uefa about 2 weeks ago. Was going to hold onto them but if things keep going the way they are it's hard to know if they will allow supporters in to the stadiums next summer. If there's a working vaccine they probably will but if not it's up in the air what they will do.
