Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recommend washing machine & dryer

We are buying our first home the only things we need to buy appliance wise is a machine and dryer. Any recommendations? We would like to buy a reliable brand and that isn't outlandish money. I don't know if it has been covered before but here goes.

I just want to add my own experience in here, we have recently had to replace a washing machine and have purchased an LG steam washer and we are delighted with it, the build quality seems very good and the wash and spin are great.

I think we paid €650 for it.

Although the best wash quality we ever had was from our Dyson contrarotator washing machine but that was £1400 in 2001 and only lasted four years and was repaired four times! But it still was the best wash ever!
