I am just wondering what current block laying costs are?

Rough average is about a Euro a block, get a good brickie might charge you a little bit more but worth it in the long run.

    Roughly 200e for foundation blockwork
    And 1300e for extension
Prices are ex vat aren't exact without seeing plans.
    I presume it's 3 sides 7.5x5x5?
    Flat roof?
The 800 blocks you counted is taking out the opens, brickies count through them allowing for fitting heads, cills docs.

    It's 3 walls yes but 7.5×5×7.5
    Flat roof yes
I didn't know that about the openings. Are my quantities correct?
Does that include fitting the cavity board?
