Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lunchtime. Generally wouldn't feel like a full meal in the evening.

White stuff on the ground, think it was more hailstones though.

Where would you be more comfortable, the Sahara or the Arctic (assuming you had the right gear etc.)?

No, I rather retain my anonymity online and not get too close to anyone.

Are you outgoing or more of an introvert

    The highest bidders.

What destination do you have in mind?

I'm not sure how to answer that.

Are you reading anything at the moment?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,457 ✭✭✭✭Kylta

Yes, the question you just asked

    Are you an indecisive person

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,468 ✭✭✭CruelCoin

    Maybe?
I don't make impulsive decisions, which can be confused with decisiveness.
I take my time, weigh up the facts as I know them and then make a decision.
My wife complains sometimes that i'm slow to make choices, but i'd rather it be considered and proper, you know?

I have a derpy little pottery elephant that was gifted to me by a special needs visitor to my work, after i gave their group a tour.
I'm strangely proud of it, and it sits on my desk, pride of place.
Do you have something like this? What is your favourite desk ornament and why?

Sometimes. I drink too much. Not enough to be a problem, but enough to know that's it's too much. I keep kicking the can down the road, saying "one problem at a time" but I do lie to myself in saying that I ever genuinely intend to change that behaviour, in my can-kicking.

Rice krispies or a soft boiled egg with toast cut into soldiers to dip into the egg. Brings back lovely memories.

Would you rather have a big group of friends and acquaintances or a small group of close friends?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,457 ✭✭✭✭Kylta

I'm very fortunate I've a lot of friends, and within that group I have a circle of friends I trust like my family, I guess I'm lucky in life to have that.

    Do you make friends easily

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,468 ✭✭✭CruelCoin

Nope. I take a long time to warm up to people. I have a small group of very close friends.

    Was on offer on Amazon.
Tried it for an hour, got the lock open, now sits on my shelf.

Don’t really pay him any attention.

What room in your house do you dread going into most and why?

The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom. Reason being the bedroom is cozy but the bathroom is the coldest room in the house. "Dread" is bit of a strong word for it though!

If everyone is seemingly sick to death of the TV licence, why has it never become an even minor election issue?

Because those who are most bothered about it are the most politically apathetic and disengaged. I'd imagine most people actively involved in politics would favour some form of 'public service broadcasting' even if they object to RTE's ideological slant.

    Have youn any artistic talents?

What's for you won't pass you by

The most common swear word you use begins with what letter?

S if it's something silly like stepping in a puddle of water, M if it's something that causes me physical pain (but it's double barrelled).

Clarifying an earlier question, how many people do you think need to be involved for something to be deemed an "orgy"?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,457 ✭✭✭✭Kylta

Actually that's a good question that, I'm gonna say 12 people.

Is veganism a good or bad thing?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,104 ✭✭✭Trigger Happy

    1 person = masturbation
    2 people = love making
3 people = 3 way (with maybe a bit of sword fighting)
4 people or more = orgy.

Edit: Vegetarianism is probably a good thing but not for me at this point.

Have you any holidays booked for later in the year?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,457 ✭✭✭✭Kylta

Not, outside Ireland, things going well I should be on a cruiser on the Shannon the last week in April.

Are you optimistic that this year will be better than the last?
