Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I can't overstate the importance of tomorrow's judgment. It will be the first time post Snowden in which a significant court addresses issues of privacy and mass surveillance, and it will set the tone for all future privacy issues at an EU level.

Interesting in the context of the EU LIBE(?) committe pushing through data mining friendly proposals that will likely influence future directives: so as to harvest other the economic benefit of other types of data.
